Tallulah Willis, the third eldest daughter of Hollywood veteran Bruce, has given a rare insight into her how her huge-name family are coping with their father's devastating dementia diagnosis.
Despite doctors initially believing that the Die Hard frontman was battling aphasia, a condition that affects communication skills, he was dealt the official blow to his health in 2023.
In the weeks prior, Bruce had shown a number of indicators that his cognitive abilities were beginning to deteriorate - something his wife Emma Heming Willis recently opened up on while chatting to Diane Sawyer on Good Morning America.
"For someone who was very talkative and very engaged, he was just a little more quiet. And when the family would get together, he would kind of just melt a little bit," the 47-year-old explained last month.

"He felt a little removed, very cold. Not like Bruce, who is very warm and affectionate. To go in the complete opposite of that was alarming and scary."
At the time, Emma, who shares two daughters with the Sixth Sense star, 13-year-old Mabel and 11-year-old Evelyn, revealed that her family had been forced to develop a language to communicate with Bruce.
This system was also implemented by the 70-year-old's three eldest daughters - Rumer, 37, Scout, 34, and Tallulah, 31, all of whom he shares with ex-wife Demi Moore.
"It’s just about sitting with him, walking with him," Emma told The Sunday Times, emphasising that this also sees his five daughters relying on one another. "Listening to him as he tries to verbalise in his own language."

Demonstrating their extended family's bond, Bruce's third eldest daughter Tallulah this week shared a glimpse at how her younger siblings are coping.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday (28 Oct), the Bandits actress uploaded a sweet photograph alongside her half-sister Evelyn, proving that the brood are all rallying together in their time of hardship.
In the photo, Tallulah can be seen posing side-by-side with the youngster on a basketball court, after her little sister's team bagged themselves a victory.
While Evelyn posed hand-on-hip in a deep red sports kit, her big sis smiled beside her, donning a burgundy sweatshirt.
Tagging her stepmother, the Whole Ten Yards beauty captioned the gorgeous snap: "WE WON!!! 🏀🏀 big sister energy heckn yeah!! Love my bb @emmahemingwillis."
Fan comments quickly flooded in, with many onlookers praising the sisterly duo for their tight bond.

"Look how cute you two are!!" one gushed.
Another added of the pair: "Bruce has strong genes!! She looks like you & yall look like yall dad."
"Your family is amazing," a third went on. "Bless you all with sunshine and joy."
