Blake Lively has showed off her husband Ryan Reynolds' body transformation in a 'spicy' photo she posted to her Instagram page.
The celebrity couple first met on the set of Green Lantern back in 2010, but the pair were actually with other people at the time.
But by the end of 2011, Lively and Reynolds both found themselves single and began dating.

And their relationship progressed really quickly, as they tied the knot at a secret wedding in September 2012 - less than a year after they first started seeing each other.
Since then, the pair welcomed first child James back in 2014 and have since brought a second, Inez, and a third, Betty, into the Lively-Reynolds family hub.
And in February this year, Lively quietly announced she had welcomed a fourth child with Reynolds.

Many will know Reynolds has been rather busy in the UK in recent years, as he owns Welsh football club Wrexham.
This season saw the club get promoted for the first time in 15 years, in what was a very demanding and testing time for Reynolds.
But while running a football club is rather time-consuming, the Deadpool actor has evidently managed to find time to hit the gym.
The actor posted a picture of himself soaking up the sun in a sleeveless shirt showing off his biceps.

Captioning the 28 May Instagram story, Reynolds wrote: "Summer in New York makes me sorry for the way I treated winter in New York."
Lively - who took the photo - was impressed with the pic, so much so she reposted it to her own Instagram stories along with 'caution: extra spicy', plus an image of a pepper and bottles of Sriracha.
Alongside his wife, Reynolds has worked with personal trainer Don Saladino over the years.

"I've been working with Ryan for over a decade," the trainer told Esquire in 2021.
"Every movie he got ready for I prepped him for. He's an incredible human being. He's very talented, athletic and humble. I can't take full credit because he has such a drive."
The Instagram photo comes after an adorable video of Lively and Reynolds resurfaced online from Taylor Swift's 2018 ‘Reputation’ tour.
Hidden among the crowd, Lively stood ready with her phone while Reynolds relaxed with his hands in his pocket.
