Despite being considered one of Hollywood's strongest power-couples, some fans of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have claimed they had no idea just how far apart they are in age.
Here, we take a look at some of the world's most famous cross-generational couples, and look back at how Lively and Reynolds' romance first formed all the way back in 2010.
As we say, the parents-of-four aren't the only age-gap couple to ceaselessly hit headlines for expressing their adoration of one another.

Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones - who are famously an impressive 25 years apart - are always gushing about each other in conversation with the press.
In fact, just earlier this summer, the Basic Instinct actor opened up on a rather x-rated punishment he claims his wife enacts upon him when he loses out to her during a round of golf.
George and Amal Clooney are another famous pair who are pretty far apart in age, boasting a staggering 17 year difference - though, they couldn't possibly be closer as they continue to raise their gorgeous seven-year-old twins.
Whilst the Lively and Reynolds' age-gap isn't quite as extreme as these two examples, it's still pretty hefty.
For those unfamiliar with the couple's long-standing love-story, the pair first came face-to-face 14 years ago when Reynolds - who was previously married to fellow actor Scarlett Johansson - was cast in superhero hit Green Lantern alongside Lively.
Their friendship developed into something deeper during the course of filming, and by 2011, they went public with their newly-loved-up romance - just a year after Blake called off her relationship with Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley.
Flash-forward to today, the silver screen superstars have tied the knot - after marrying in secret at Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina in 2012 - and welcomed four beautiful children.
As we say, however, many fans of the high-profile duo were previously unaware of until that they actually enjoy a notable age gap, with a video doing the rounds on social media showing what the couple have looked like through the years.
It turns out that Reynolds was 33 and now-wife Lively was only 22 when they first locked lips.

In the now-viral video, a 29-year-old Reynolds could be seen acting in the 2005 independent comedy movie Waiting, whilst being compared to a fresh-faced 18-year-old Lively in a video filmed that same year.
Later on in the clip, a promotional interview for Gossip Girl saw a 24-year-old Lively chatting away to cameras in 2011, whilst Reynolds, then 35, could be seen promoting a movie of his own.
The couple are now 48 and 37, though their striking age-gap has since left some fans blown-away, with one commenting on the video in question: "Still in shock."
Another wrote in the comments, "Wdym he’s almost 50??"
A third teased, "Blake stop aging when she reach 25", whilst a fourth went on: "Idk they are twin flames and same age souls".
