After internet star and musician Lil Tay broke an OnlyFans record last week whilst celebrating her 18th birthday, a frank remark that rapper Bhad Bhabie once issued has resurfaced.
For those out of the loop, YouTube sensation Lil Tay - best known for content demonstrating her vast wealth - turned 18 on 29 July. She first sky-rocketed into the spotlight ten years earlier, after going viral for her bragging videos.
In the days that followed her latest milestone birthday, now being of legal age to do so, the teenager (real name Claire Hope, who also goes by Tay Tian) signed up to the x-rated subscription service, OnlyFans.
In doing so, she supposedly amassed over 100,000 subscribers in just two hours, as per an admission she made earlier today (4 Aug).

Lil Tay simultaneously racked up a staggering $1,000,000 within the first three hours of her account going live.
"Not bad for three hours," she wrote on both Instagram and X (formerly Twitter), sharing the news.
"We broke the f**k out of that OnlyFans record."

Unsurprisingly, amidst the backlash she has received for joining the adult subscription service, Lil Tay's 'achievement' has also unearthed a similar move made by rap star Bhad Bhabie.
For those unfamiliar with the latter, Bhabie (real name Danielle Bregoli) is a musician, but probably best known for uttering her infamous her 'cash me outside, how 'bout 'dat?' catchphrase during a 2016 appearance on Dr Phil.
Some years ago, the star, now 22, was asked if people who subscribed to her OnlyFans account shortly after she turned 18 should be jailed by Barstool Sports' Caleb Pressley.

Despite setting the precedent for Lil Tay by setting up her page just days after her 18th birthday - and breaking a record at the time by becoming the fastest user to make $1m - Bhabie laughed and simply said: "Yeah!"
During the interview, Bhabie was also asked about the demographic of her OnlyFans subscribers, to which she replied: "I feel like they are 20 to 40 years old, probably like a white man who's married, definitely has a daughter my age."
Despite condemning her followers, the rapper also faced backlash herself around the time she joined the controversial content creating platform.
In response to calls to up the minimum age to share content on OnlyFans to 21, she told TMZ: "I think any b***h who says that is mad cuz they didn’t make as much money as me."

Bhabie continued by clapping back again: "If I was 21, you're saying it should be 25? If I was 25, you're saying it should be 30?"
The publication then brought up that some people were saying her account was a case of child-grooming, to which she replied: "I’m not groomed by nobody. I make all my own decisions and I have been since I was very young."
