An American Pie actress has joined OnlyFans after splitting from her husband.
Shannon Elizabeth announced on Wednesday (15 Apr) that she'd be joining the subscription platform, reportedly just days after quietly divorcing her husband, Simon Borchert.
A source close to the film star, who famously played an exchange student named Nadia in the 00s coming-of-age hit, Page Six reports, said: "The divorce is fresh. She is freshly single and launching her OnlyFans tomorrow morning."
The celebrity news outlet claims its reporters had caught wind that Elizabeth filed official divorce documents the day prior, on Tuesday.

The 52-year-old has yet to publicly address her split from Borchert.
Taking to Facebook the same Wednesday, however, she hinted at some changes in her personal life, reflecting on the importance of frequent resets.

"There’s something about the ocean that resets everything—slows the noise, softens the edges, and brings you right back to what matters," Elizabeth wrote. "Grateful for these quiet moments, sandy paws, and unconditional love."
Later, the Scary Movie star confirmed her source's comments regarding her plans to join OnlyFans, claiming the decision had been spurred by a drive to 'control' her own 'narrative'.
She told PEOPLE: "I’ve spent my entire career working in Hollywood, where other people controlled the narrative and the outcome of my career. This new chapter is about changing that, showing off a more sexy side no one has seen, and being closer to my fans."
Elizabeth went on to tell Page Six she's looking forward to connecting on the forum with fans who've followed her work since the early days, when her American Pie role consolidated her status as a sex symbol.

"Reconnecting with my fans through appearances has reminded me just how much their support has meant to me throughout my career–and how much I’ve missed that energy," she claimed.
"OnlyFans gives me the opportunity to offer something more–a behind-the-scenes, unfiltered look at my life and a genuine connection that no other platform allows.
Elizabeth continued: "This is also where I’ll be sharing exclusive content that you simply won’t find anywhere else. This isn’t just content to watch from a distance. This is for the people who have always shown up for me, and I want them to feel that."
She went on to confirm that she's 'still very much based in South Africa', where she famously moved to in 2016. This decision, she previously told Fox News, had been made in a bid to 'do something on a bigger scale or help more animals'.

Elizabeth married South African conservation specialist Borchert in 2021, six years after they first met.
Going on, she added in her statement to Page Six that this activism is still something that 'remains incredibly close to my heart', and won't lessen in priority in light of her latest career move.
"But this feels like the perfect moment to open up my world to the fans who have been with me throughout this journey. I’m so excited for this," Elizabeth continued.
