While some of us might find it hard to remain on good terms with exes, it seems Ben Affleck has it down to a science.
The 52-year-old Gone Girl actor, who was previously engaged to Jennifer Lopez two decades ago, moved on from the iconic 'Bennifer' romance with fellow actor Jennifer Garner.
The couple tied the knot in 2005 and went on to share three children together before divorcing in 2018, with the 'Jenny from the Block' singer also marrying Marc Anthony and having two children with him.
Following the romance, Affleck rekindled his flame with J.Lo and the two exchanged vows in Las Vegas in 2022, sparking nostalgic joy in every millennial's heart.

Sadly, it wasn't built to last as the second shot at love ended two years later, with J.Lo filing for divorce earlier this year citing 'irreconcilable differences'.
Following the split, Jen opened up to Interview magazine, stating: "When you sit in those feelings and go, 'These things are not going to kill me', it’s like actually, I am capable of joy and happiness all by myself.
"I can’t be looking for happiness in other people. I have to have happiness within myself. I used to say I’m a happy person, but was still looking for something for somebody else to fill, and it’s just like, 'No, I’m actually good'."

Despite all of the weddings and splits, the three people involved seem to have managed to remain friends.
On 13 December, the three stars were spotted in the same place at the same time.
The three were seen at a play which Fin, the son of Affleck and Garner, and Emme, Lopez's daughter, both starred in.

According to a source, an amicable nature among the exes isn't out of the ordinary - with Garner and Affleck spending time together on a regular basis.
The source told PEOPLE: "Jen truly just wants her kids to be happy. She will continue to make sure that they spend time together as a family and include Ben.
"They have Christmas plans with the kids too. The kids enjoy when they all spend time together."
A source also told the outlet about the supposed dynamic between Affleck and Lopez, saying: "Jennifer is doing well. She doesn't dwell on the past.

"She's so grateful for everything that she has. The divorce is still being worked out.”
They continued: "Jennifer keeps in touch with the Affleck kids. Her whole family loves them. She wants them to know that they can always reach out if they need anything at all."
