Amy Schumer has left fans shocked after showing off her major weight loss transformation following her previous Mounjaro admission.

Now, the 44-year-old Trainwreck actress and comedian has been very open when it comes to taking certain medications, after claiming in 2024 that a stint on Ozempic - or Wegovy - left her 'bedridden'.

Ozempic is traditionally prescribed for individuals suffering from Type 2 diabetes, but In recent years, its appetite-suppressing ability has made it desirable for many people hoping to drop a dress size or two.

Speaking on The Howard Stern Show in January, Schumer revealed she'd stopped taking Ozempic after noticing a series of 'red flags' in her general health.

"I tried Ozempic almost three years ago, and I was, like, bedridden," she told viewers.

"I was like, vomiting — and then you have no energy. But other people take it and they’re all good. God bless them."

She went on to reveal that she has a rare gene that makes her prone to nausea, which prevented her from being able to play with her infant son.

Then, in an Instagram video shared in March, Schumer revealed she'd had a better encounter with Mounjaro (Tirzepatide), which she was prescribed recently alongside estrogen and progesterone for perimenopause, adding: "It’s not covered by insurance unless you have diabetes or severe obesity, which most of the internet thinks I have. But I’m having a really good experience with it, and I wanted to keep it real with you about that.

"That’s all I have to say, and I’m not gonna talk any s**t, I’m not gonna stir the pot."

And, in the latest update, Schumer took to Instagram once again to share a brand-new snap with her 12.7 million followers, which left them reeling.

The photo featured herself and her 'lovies', friends Alex Saks and Jillian Bell, on Saturday (4 October) while wearing a belted black Miu Miu minidress and open-toed heels - and it didn't take long for fans to rush in commenting on the star's figure, specifically in the leg department.

A second beamed: "Ok legs for days!!"

"Look amazing, Amy!" hyped a third while another pleaded: "AMY.. legs need to come out more!!!!"

And a final fan echoed: "Those legs!"

Responding to the avalanche of compliments and fire emojis, Schumer responded in the comments: "Loving the love. My legs thank you!"
