Amy Dowden has responded to disrespectful trolls as she addressed shaving her head amid her ongoing cancer treatment.
The Strictly Come Dancing professional, 33, revealed earlier this year that she had been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.
In the months that followed, Amy has undergone a single mastectomy and is now having chemotherapy after doctors found more tumours.
As Amy has been forced to pull out of this year's Strictly series, she has kept fans up to date with her health updates on social media

Although she has been inundated with support from fans, there have been some unsavoury responses, too.
In a recent post on her Instagram Stories, Amy said she's been losing more hair as she undergoes chemotherapy and asked her followers for tips on how to manage it.
Amy asked: "So my scalp/head the last few days been quite sore and painful with the hair loss. Any tips of what may help this out there? Really appreciate, will share to help others too."
One person bluntly responded: "Shave it off".
However, Amy replied with an incredible post to remind not only the fan she was directly responded to, but everyone else watching, that all journeys are different.
"Everyone is different and how they cope or go about their journey is up to them and need to be what’s right for them.
"I’ve had lots telling me just shave it. It’s only hair.
"I’ve already gone through body changes for life, emotions, pain and right now I want to try save what I can with the cooling cap."
She continued: "Absolutely to those who brave the shave, you are strong!
"But please all remember everyone of us have different emotions, battles and deals with everything with what’s best for them and how they cope best!
"All journeys are personal."
Amy's response comes after she told her followers how much hair she had been losing following her return from the hospital.
While holding a clump of her hair, she wrote: "‘Welcome home’ with a several broken heart emojis.
She added: "So much everyday! So hard! One day at a time!"
In a recent health update about her blood clots, Amy thanked NHS staff for being her 'heroes'.
She wrote in a post: "And I’m going home to my own bed! Thanks again to the marvellous NHS! Got some blood clots but I’m feeling good other than a sore and swollen arm.'
She continued: 'Another hurdle along this journey. But again forever grateful to the NHS and my heroes around me. Can’t wait to get into my own bed since Monday though."
