Alison Hammond has spoken out about the 22-year age gap between herself and her boyfriend, David Putman, as she issued a fresh relationship update.
The 51-year-old presenter, who is best known for hosting ITV's breakfast show This Morning, first went public with her 29-year-old partner, who is a Russian masseur and model, in April 2024.
She posted a series of pictures of them together on Instagram after they began dating in 2023, but at first attempted to keep their relationship private.
Since then, David has appeared a few times on Alison's social media, and the couple have also been papped together.

As to be expected with any age gap romance, there's been some interest from the public, with some trolls criticizing the presenter because of the 22-year difference.
However, she's hit out at the doubters in a new interview with MailOnline and clarified that they are 'absolutely in love.

Alison told the publication in a report published on Friday (3 April): "I completely understand why people are interested when there’s a 22-year gap, but what I find interesting is that it’s not as interesting when it’s the man who is older."
She questioned: "Why is that? I just want people to be happy for us. We are absolutely in love."
According to The Mirror, the pair first met after she booked him for a massage, where sparks flew instantly.
Discussing their differing ages in Good Housekeeping UK's January 2025 issue, the ITV star hit out at those using the 'toyboy' label to describe their relationship.
She said: "I can see how, on paper, you’d notice the age difference. But honestly, when we see the word "toyboy" written about us, it bears no relation to what we have at all.
"Yes, I’m 22 years older than he is, but if you saw us together, you’d understand. People have said to me, "We get it now." He’s so mature and sensible, and I’m so not."

The presenter gushed: "And the things he says to me...they’re just so lovely. It’s like a jigsaw; we fit, and it all comes together."
She added: "He just has the most beautiful energy, and everyone feels it when they're in his presence. It's very rare. I am so grateful that he chooses to spend his life with me."
Last Summer, she joked on This Morning about false reports circulating that the pair had got engaged.
During a celebrity gossip segment, she told co-host Dermot O'Leary, "Oh my God! Apparently I am engaged?" before joking, "Let me swap it over to stop these rumours," and moving her ring.
