Warning - this article contains spoilers for Season 4 episode three of The Handmaid's Tale
If you watched Sunday night's episode of The Handmaid's Tale you were likely hooked to the dramatic - and at times difficult to watch - scenes that took place.
Love, pain, death, heartache - viewers went through a rollercoaster of emotions as June was blackmailed into revealing the location of the handmaids who had helped her free the children from Gilead.

And then there was that reunion between Nick and June - which let's face it, we've been waiting a long time for.
But viewers were especially upset over the final scene of the episode - which appeared to show four of the handmaids getting killed.
It happened when they were on the way to the 'breeding camp', in a truck with Aunt Lydia. The driver stepped out to use the toilet, and the handmaids seized their opportunity to take Lydia down.

As they escaped, two of the handmaids were shot, meanwhile Alma and Brianna were hit by a moving train. Only June and Janine seem to have survived when the episode ended.
With the characters having been in the story from the beginning, viewers were devastated, with one calling it "traumatising".
"Omg that was too brutal. I'm still crying. I feel absolutely traumatised," one person wrote.
Meanwhile another added: "I can't stop crying over this episode."

And a third said: "The way #HandmaidsTale has got me charging around my living room crying?"
"Tonight's episode of handmaids tale was heavy. The ending... sheeeesh that had me crying," commented a fourth.
Others were getting all the feels from June and Nick's reunion. After being relatively absent from Season 3 of the show, fans have been anticipating Nick's return - and finally the pair reunited.
One person wrote: "Ok but why does every Nick and June scene have me in shambles, their chemistry is unmatched! They deserve to be together."

While another said: "When June went back and kissed Nick on the bridge was everything cried buckets."
We need next week's episode ASAP!
