In case you're as obsessed with Bridgerton's Regé-Jean Page as we are, listen up. Did you know that the 31-year-old actor was also in Harry Potter?!

Yep, 31-year-old Regé-Jean (who plays Simon Basset, Duke of Hastings in the new Netflix series) actually had a tiny role in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

And we have photo evidence. Feast your eyes on this!

According to his Wikipedia page, Regé-Jean was an extra in the 2011 film and played a small 'unnamed' role.

And fans have been going wild for the news on Twitter, after one social media user pointed it out earlier this week.

"REGÉ-JEAN PAGE AKA THE DUKE OF HASTINGS AKA SIMON BASSET IS IN HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS," they tweeted.

"He can be seen at the wedding next to Hermione when Kingsley sends his Patronus."

Now that is some seriously impressive movie trivia.

In case you're wondering what else Regé-Jean has starred in, the actor has also appeared in For The People, Casualty, Waterloo Road, Fresh Meat and most recently prior to Bridgerton, Sylvie's Love.

But if Twitter has anything to do with it, the actor's biggest role could be yet to come after fans have called for Regé-Jean to be the next James Bond.

Now that we would like to see.

He's got all the makings of a promising 007, and it seems he might think so too, after posting a short clip of his Bridgerton character, Simon walking towards the camera before raising a suggestive eyebrow.

"Regency, royalty. Shaken and stirred," he captioned the video.

Taking to Twitter, one person wrote "If @regejean isn't the next James Bond I'm going to cry #JamesBond #regejeanpage."

While another said: "Ok I'm calling it: Regé-Jean Page as the new #JamesBond Because, well, just watch #Bridgerton and tell me I'm wrong. *fans self*"
