Alisha LeMay was a contender for the Winter Love Island cast, which is on hold for the time-being thanks to the coronavirus pandemic.
Now though, it looks like the 28-year-old from Essex has been snapped up for the summer Love Island in Majorca, alongside Zack Chugg, Alexis Bailey, Harley Benn, Holly Ramsay, Lucy Plunkett, Lucinda Strafford, Toluwa Adepeju, Aimee-Rose Francis, James Price, Ellis Iyayi and Jay Munro.
"Alisha is exactly the type of contestant ITV2 are looking for - she's gorgeous, body confident and isn't afraid to be herself," an insider told MailOnline.

She's best friends with TOWIE star, Pete Wicks
Alisha is already well-connected to the British reality TV scene.
Not only is she tight with Pete from TOWIE, "who's a great support to her" - a source told MailOnline, she also "parties with the likes of Dele Ali's girlfriend Ruby Mae and Alicia Roddy, who dated Wes Nelson [Love Island season 4]."

Love Island's Kaz Crossley and India Reynolds follow her
Among Alisha's 158,000 followers on Instagram are former Love Island stars Kaz Crossley from season 4 and India Reynolds from season 5. Her posts have even caught the attention of Khloe Kardashian.
Alisha is an influencer and has collaborated with the likes of PrettyLIttleThing, Missguided and ASOS among others.

Alisha has three Instagram accounts and a collective following of 187,000.
"She's an advocate of body positivity and often admits on her Instagram to never wanting to be perfect, which is an important message to young viewers of the show," a Love Island insider told MailOnline.
No doubt her connections will be able to give her a few tips on surviving in the villa.
She's vegan
Alisha is a self-proclaimed "plant-based human," according to her Instagram profile. It must be a fairly recent lifestyle change, because there are photos of her tucking into Sushi and visiting McDonald's on her personal Instagram account earlier this year.

Since March 2021, Alisha has branched out into the home decor influencer space and has amassed more than 14,000 followers on her Instagram account @lemayhome.

From Bali to the Bahamas and Israel to Ibiza, Alisha clearly has the travel bug. And judging by the photo above, she likes to travel in style with her Louis Vuitton luggage.
She could be adding Majorca to her Instagram stories if casting rumours are true.
