Sharing a post on Instagram, the singer who is best known for his appearance on X Factor in 2014 where he competed as part of boy band Stereo Kicks, revealed he's still grieving for dancer Dani.

The 28-year-old shared: "Nearly 3 weeks on from what will always remain the worst day of my life. Still in shock & still no words – my beautiful Dani is an indescribable loss.

"Nothing can be said or done but I need to acknowledge the immense amount of love, kindness & support that Bowie, Dan’s family, my family & I have received. It has overwhelmed us."

He went on to add: "In the darkest of times, it is extremely difficult to feel anything other than sadness, let alone gratitude, but we have found glimpses of feeling that union of love that has come from far & wide for our Dani.

"She was the best of the best, and that is testament to her. Thank you."

He followed up the touching message with a picture of Dani cuddling their baby son Bowie. The pair were due to wed last month.

In an Instagram statement at the time, he shared a black and white picture of fiancée Dani posing with their baby son. He updated his followers with the sad news, writing: "I can’t believe I am writing these words but my darling Dani – my best friend, my everything and more, the love of my life – passed away in the early hours of Saturday morning, 18th June," he wrote. "On what was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives ended in irreversible heartbreak."

He continued: "I feel like I have cried an ocean. We never made it to the [altar]; or got to say our vows, or dance our first dance, but I know you know that you were my entire world and the best thing that has ever happened to me, Danielle.

“I will wear this ring that I was always supposed to wear as a sign of my unconditional love to you.

"I am completely broken trying to process this and I honestly don’t know where to go from here, but I do know I need to use any strength I can muster for our little boy."
