Tom Parker's Widow Kelsey Shares Adorable Look Inside Daughter's 'Princess' Birthday Party

The event was a bittersweet affair after The Wanted star died earlier this year following a battle with a stage four glioblastoma.

Tom Parker's widow Kelsey shared an adorable look inside daughter Aurelia Rose’s princess-themed birthday party over the weekend on Instagram.

The 32-year-old celebrated the little one’s third birthday, her first without Tom, on Saturday (25 June) and organised several Disney princesses - including Elsa, Cinderella and Rapunzel – to visit her.

Making sure the party was fit for a princess, Kelsey kitted out their home with a cardboard cut of a castle and several extravagant balloon arches in hues of gold, purple and pink.

Aurelia, who turns three on Thursday (29 June, looked sweet in a pink ruffled party dress while Tom and Kelsey’s youngest child Bodhi, one, donned a denim shirt and white shorts.

EastEnders star Louisa Lytton celebrated Aurelia’s special day with her daughter Aura Olivia while Grammy nominated singer-songwriter Ruth Anne was also in attendance to support Kelsey.

The event was a bittersweet affair after The Wanted star died earlier this year following a battle with a stage four glioblastoma brain tumour.

Tom died at the age of 33 in March after he was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour in October 2020, and was given just 12 months to live.

Recently, Kelsey discussed how their children are coping following Tom’s passing and revealed that their eldest worries whenever she goes to work.

Speaking on Channel 4's Steph's Packed Lunch, Kelsey said: "Aurelia does understand, she knows that her dad's gone and he's not coming back.

"It's hard because when I go, if I'm going to work or anything, she's like where's my mummy going, is she coming back? I think that's what's hard.

"Bodhi has no clue, but Aurelia, she struggles with it so much more because she's so aware."

Kelsey added that Aurelia still talks to Tom and explained that her children give her a reason to not “wake up sad".

She said: "She does talk to him. I tell her she can talk to daddy and he's always listening, he's around all the time. And then the other day she was like 'Daddy I love you'. It's hard.

"My kids don't wake up sad, so I can't wake up sad. They're awake and they're like what's happening, what's for breakfast, what's on TV. I can't wake up sad, I'm doing it for them."
