Taylor Swift fans claim to have already bought tickets for her UK tour by using a cheeky method.

On Tuesday (20 June) the multi-award winning singer surprised her fans with international dates for her Eras Tour, which included shows in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff and London.

Since March, the 33-year-old has been performing her hit tracks to sold-out stadiums across the US.

And earlier this week she tweeted a tour poster announcing new dates for South America, Asia, Australia, Europe and the UK.

Swift wrote: “Excuse me Hi I have something to say.

“I can’t wait to see so many of you on The Eras Tour next year at these new international dates!”

To have a chance of getting tickets, fans needed to register before 19 June.

However, one quick-thinking Swift fan, thought of another way to grab herself a coveted spot at Anfield.

"So I was like, 'wait a minute, why don't I just call up the football club? They'll have some it say'. And they did," explained TikToker Sarah (@mrs.stylesxoxo).

"Basically I was on hold for an hour by the way. There was a lot of people trying to get through, finally got through after an hour."

While she was on hold she continued to 'manifest' the whole thing, somehow managing to get ahold of 'hospitality tickets'.

"So they're much more expensive than the regular ones that will go on presale," adds Sarah.

"And he told me where it is, what I get in it and everything, and I was like 'yes, immediately. I'll have it, take it'.

"Paid. And then I got an email through straightaway confirming it. And that was it."

Another fan @444ct.x also shared a photo of her booking confirmation with the text: "Get you a dad who has a season ticket."

On Twitter, Katie (@katie_lufc) said: “BTW [by the way] you can buy hospitality tickets at Anfield rn [right now] for Taylor Swift if you ring them.”

Below are the reported ticket prices for hospitality packages at Anfield:
