Megan Fox responded to Machine Gun Kelly cheating rumours before deleting account

The actor deleted her Instagram account amid rumours that she and Machine Gun Kelly had split

In case you missed it, Megan Fox shocked fans when she suddenly deleted her Instagram account.

Over the weekend, the film star went on a huge purge of her social media page.

Before ditching her account, she deleted every single photo of her and Machine Gun Kelly, real name Colson Baker.

But that's not it. The 36-year-old then went on to add several pictures, including one very cryptic post of a burning letter.

The caption read: "You can taste the dishonesty / it’s all over your breath."

Now, if you're a fan of Beyoncé - aren't we all? - you'll know that this is a line from her hit 2016 track 'Pray You Catch Me', which makes reference to husband Jay-Z cheating on her.

Megan Fox posted some cryptic snaps to Instagram before deleting her account.

Unsurprisingly, the whole thing sent her followers into an absolute frenzy, with plenty wondering whether there was something much deeper going on.

"Please don’t let this be true," another suspicious fan commented.

While a third put: "Rooting for you always but especially if this means what it sounds like it means."

Some even started discussing who - if anyone - could be responsible for the couple's rumoured split.

What's the meaning behind the burning letter?

And someone called 'Sophie' was mentioned.

But while Fox neither confirmed nor denied the rumour, she did comment on it before deactivating her account.

Responding to a fan who said: "He probably got with Sophie," Megan hit back saying: “Maybe I got with Sophie."

And still, that's not everything.

As well as deleting all of her pics of MGK, she also stopped following him, instead following just Eminem, Harry Styles, and Timothée Chalamet.

I mean, if you're aware of the ongoing beef between MGK and Slim, you'll know that this is a cold move.

Baker and Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, have been at each other's throats over the past few years.

Fox stopped following MGK before deleting her account.

Their bitter feud began back in 2012 when MGK said that Eminem's daughter Hailie was 'hot as f**k'.

Since then there has been a constant stream of online abuse, through brutal diss tracks, with the pair calling each other out on a regular basis.

“Following Eminem has to be the pettiest thing I’ve ever seen, and I love it," one fan brand the move.

They're not wrong.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see whether either Fox or MGK reveal what is going on.
