Fans convinced Selling Sunset's Mary and Romain have split after cryptic post

Selling Sunset fans are convinced that Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet could have split, after a cryptic video shared on Mary's Instagram Stories.

In the clip, Mary can be seen lying in bed, before turning the camera over to the other side of the bed, which appeared to be empty.

She wrote on the video: "Strong on my own."

And fans are worried about the couple, with one sharing the video on Reddit, asking other users: "What’s this about?"

Other Reddit users were quick to comment, with many wondering whether they had simply had an argument, rather than split up.

One person wrote: "CRYPTIC and I'm here for it."

Others weren't so convinced however, with another adding: "I don’t think this necessarily means they’re fighting. Maybe she’s just saying she’s not used to sleeping alone anymore and he had to be out that night?"

Tyla has reached out to Mary and Romain's rep for comment.

The couple met in 2017 before throwing a huge wedding on the show during season two.

The pair's nuptials played out in the Season 2 finale of the reality show, having taken place in October 2019, but the pair were actually officially wed the year before.

Mary and Romain's reps confirmed to US Weekly: "Mary and Romain had a civil union a couple of months before the show began filming in June of 2018, but they chose not to tell any of their friends or family, as they were still trying to see if their relationship would work out in the long term.

"In their minds, they weren't properly married until the wedding that was filmed during the show."

In other Selling Sunset news, we told you how there'll be two new additions for season six.

Nicole Young and Bre Tiesi will be joining the show for the upcoming instalment.

Nicole is already a member of the company and is finally going to be joining her co-workers on screen. Taking to Instagram to celebrate the exciting news, she wrote: "The cat’s out of the bag ya’ll! I’m so excited to be joining the cast and my longtime friends and @theoppenheimgroup coworkers on Selling Sunset!!! Let’s do this! @netflix #sellingsunset."

And the rest of the cast are so happy that Nicole is finally onboard, with Jason Oppenheim commenting: "Finally!!"

Meanwhile, Bre – a model and real estate agent – is also joining the cast. Bre has a five-week-old son, Legendary Love, who she shares with Nick Cannon.

Speaking to People about taking on the new role, Bre said: "I'm not going to necessarily hide [Legendary] from anything. It is what it is between his dad and I. He's still obviously so little, so I will protect him from the majority of it for a little while.

"I wanted to transition out of modelling and start setting myself up for a long-term career. I started taking it more seriously and tapping into my network, and that's when I started making some high-figure sales."
