Lucy Mecklenburgh has won a lot of praise from fans after sharing a post-birth snap that very much keeps it real.
The Only Way Is Essex star, 30, recently gave birth to her second child and took to Instagram to share a picture with her new addition.
However, this wasn’t a perfectly posed post-birth snap that's usually a common occurance on social media. It’s instead one that perfectly sums up how draining the experience is and features the mum tucking into a well-deserved pizza while cradling her daughter.

The relatable snap was captioned: “Our first meal together 10 days ago!! Nothing beats the first meal after birth and Tea & toast wasn’t going to cut it [sic].”
The reality TV personality then asked her fans: “What did u eat post birth? [sic]”
However, it was the relatability of the picture which really captured fans’ attention, and they flooded the comments section with praise.

Lucy West wrote alongside a heart eyes emoji: “Love this pic! So real," while Vicky Pattinson added: “Obsessed with you.”
A laughing fan added: “100 percent - I just ordered my partner to get all the food he could get his hands on, starving didn’t cover it [sic].”
A second added: “Omg I LOVE this. What a perfect first meal after giving birth!! I wish I’d thought of this [sic].”

A third wrote: “Yes Lucy. Mine was a marksies sandwich! I like your style more [sic].”
A fourth speculated: “This will be me. I have specifically asked my mum who is my birthing partner to go to Pizza Hut and get me a stuffed crust, especially as I haven’t been allowed anything “naughty” because of my GD!”
A fifth wrote: “First time a McDonald’s, had been craving on but always made me feel sick! Second birth kfc xx”
A sixth revealed: “Christmas dinner as my daughter was born Boxing Day so my family brought in a left over Christmas dinner. It was amazing [sic].”

The baby girl is Lucy’s second child with fiancé Ryan Thomas; they previously welcomed a boy in March 2020.
In an interview with Hello! Magazine earlier this year, she said that she had a feeling that her second baby would be a girl.
She said: "I had an inkling that I was having a girl, but I was a bit more unsure than with Roman. With him I just knew - I don't know why but even before we found out, I said: 'I know, one hundred per cent, it's a boy.'"
