Lizzo has once again caused a stir on social media thanks to another bold outfit choice - and people are absolutely loving it.

The Rumours singer, 33, took to Instagram to announce her brand new single, It's About Damn Time, in the most Lizzo way possible.

While Lizzo's fans rushed to pre-save her upcoming song, lots of people went crazy for her leggings which appear to be inspired by chaps, the leather coverings cowboys used to wear.

Just like regular chaps, the leggings, which are from her new shape wear line, Yitty, expose Lizzo's bottom.

The singer has always been a proud advocate for body positivity for all shapes and sizes and has been outspoken when defending her outfit choices.

Lizzo's confidence has inspired women across the world to be confident in their bodies and the comments section under the Grammy winner's post was filled with uplifting and supportive messages.

"Gurrrrl I'm loving your confidence [don't] give a damn who says what," one fan declared. "People always telling women to love themselves, be proud no matter your weight or skin color then those same people got something negative to say when you loving you. #selflove God first".

A second fan compared Lizzo’s risqué look to the outfit she wore to a basketball game in 2019. The dress she wore to the Lakers vs. Timberwolves face-off had a cut-out portion around the buttocks which exposed Lizzo’s thong.

After arriving at the game and twerking in the crowd, the dress sparked a debate on body type double standards. “This look is iconic just like the basketball outfit….period,” the fan wrote in the comments.

Another Instagram user shared: “Her confidence is fierce so attractive”.

While one woman helmed the outfit: “STUNNING”.

One positive message said: “She’s amazing I feel good every time I see her no matter what mood I’m in.”

Someone else penned: “If idgaf was a person….luv u Lizzo”.

This is why we love Lizzo!
