Kourtney Kardashian Fans Defend Star For 'Not Having Kids At Wedding'

Kourtney Kardashian's fans have come out to defend the star after some of her followers called her out for not having her children at her wedding.

The reality TV star, 43, married Travis Barker, 46, on Sunday and the couple shared a collection of black and white images of their wedding day.

Fans quickly noticed that Kourtney's children; Mason, 12, Penelope, nine, and Reign, seven, were not in attendance. Travis' children; Landon, 18 and Alabama, 16, were also not seen at the wedding.

Fans immediately took to the comments and quizzed the Poosh founder about her children not being at the wedding. Many Instagram users also referenced a scene from The Kardashians which revealed Kourtney's children did not attend her surprise engagement to Travis in October last year.

One concerned fan wrote: “No kids at [the] wedding hmmm”.

Another follower asked: “Where were all the kids????”

Someone else left the comment: “WHERE’S YOUR KIDS?”

After Kourtney's daughter cried and hung up after her mother told her on FaceTime that she was engaged, one Instagram user quipped: “Penelope gonna cry even harder now”

While another woman shared: “She made such a fuss that she wanted her kids at [the] engagement and was upset they weren’t yet she married him twice now and [the] kids was at neither of them.”

However, some people defended Kourtney and suggested the children were not at the wedding because it took place at a courthouse and a larger ceremony for friends and family is reportedly being planned.

“Generally at the courthouse you only have two witnesses," one Instagram user commented. "They are having a big wedding in Italy. Chill it’s her life”.

Another Instagram user wrote: “Love Kourtney kept is low key and quiet. So intimate just the way she likes it. Congratulations”.

While a third responded to a comment criticising Kourtney and said: “[Because] it was at a courthouse and generally you are only supposed to have two witnesses .they are a family wedding in Italy in the coming months”.
