Kourtney, 43, and Travis, 46, have kept fans up to date on their IVF journey to welcome a baby together.
In the Hulu reality series The Kardashians, the couple have taken viewers inside the doctor's office in which they spoke openly about some of the struggles in expanding their family.
The mum-of-three previously shared how IVF had left her suffering symptoms of depression and that the treatment had sent her into early menopause.
Kourtney described how the medication has affected her hormones with her mum Kris, 66. She said: "The medication put me into a depression. I have everything in the world to be happy about.
"I just feel off and not myself. I'm super moody and hormonal. I'm a lunatic half the time."
After sharing her own pregnancy difficulties with Kourtney, the momager reassured her that everything would work out and encouraged her to keep trying.
In another heartbreaking scene, Kourtney revealed her egg retrieval didn’t go the 'way she had hoped'.
Despite their disappointing news, the Poosh founder bravely explained how she and Travis try to 'stay in the moment' when it comes to the couple trying to expand their family.
Kourtney is mum to Mason, 12, Penelope, nine, and seven-year-old Reign with former partner Scott Disick.
Meanwhile, Travis is father to daughter Alabama, 15, and son Landon, 18, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
