Kim Kardashian had a very dramatic response after noticing a small bald patch on sister Kourtney Kardashian's head.

You can watch the clip below:

In the clip, which is a throwback to season 17 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim and Kourtney could be seen having a conversation, when all of a sudden Kourtney was informed she had a bald spot on her head.

And Kim's response was mega dramatic, telling her older sister she was 'afraid for her life' and suggesting she go to the hospital.

Kourtney explained she believed the patch had come from wearing a super tight ponytail to an event in New York, explaining: "It's a hole in my head. I swear it's from my ponytail, it was so tight that I had a bump on my head."

Kim pointed it out to Kourtney (

Kourtney, now 43, made an appointment with her doctor and opted for plasma injections to help the hair grow back.

"Today I’m getting PRP [platelet-rich plasma], which is where they take your blood and spin it and they use your plasma and they inject it in my head for my hair to grow back," she said at the time.

Dr Jason Diamond suggested a few injections over a few months.

"I definitely think that we should get some injections in there," he said.

"I think you probably need two or three series, maybe once a month for the next three months and I think you’ll be fine."

In other Kourtney news, Kardashian fans were divided this week after Kourtney and new husband Travis Barker shared some rather raunchy unseen wedding snaps.

Posting a series of photos on their two-week anniversary, Kourtney explained: "Two weeks ago today, when we drove to the courthouse to sign our marriage license before our wedding ceremony in Italy."

In the images, Kourtney and Travis can be seen embracing on the hood of their car, as well as holding hands and kissing. The newlyweds are known for their PDA, having been spotted canoodling on the red carpet a number of times in recent months as well as on new show, The Kardashians.
