Kim Kardashian has revealed what cosmetic work she has has and hasn't had done to her face over the years and it's probably a lot less than you'd think.
We've seen the social media mogul's look change countless times since she first hit our television screens back in 2007, from Juicy Couture-wearing friend to the stars to uber-tanned reality star in big belts and bodycons to Kanye West's muse to Met Gala it-girl, and everything in between.
Kim, who's rocking a bleached blonde look these days, is now easily one of the most famous faces in the world - but fans had always assumed that the influencer-turned-lawyer had used some cosmetic enhancements along the way.
However, many will be surprised to know that it's very rare for Kim K to go under the needle for her face.

Speaking to Allure, Kim revealed that the only procedures she's had to to her face was "a little bit of Botox", even adding that she has "chilled" with it as of late.
Asked about lip and cheek filler, the mum-of-four claimed that she had never touched the stuff.
“No filler. Never filled either one, ever" said the TV star.
Adding that the less invasive treatments aren't really her thing either, she said: “I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything. I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips.”
After further questioning on what she had and hadn't had done to her face over the years, the 41-year-old graciously clarified: “I care. I really, genuinely care about looking good.

“I probably care more than 90 percent of the people on this planet. It’s not easy when you’re a mom and you’re exhausted at the end of the day or you’re in school, and I’m all of the above."
Explaining how she manages to fit her treatments in while taking care of her four children North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3, she spilled: "I do my beauty treatments usually late at night. After everyone’s in bed, I’m doing laser treatments.”
While Kardashian did admit she would go to extreme lengths to look youthful for as long as possible - something she made abundantly clear in another recent interview - the SKIMS founder is just as focused on looking age-appropriate.

"I’m 41. I always want to look appropriate" she said. "There does come a point when you’ve taken it too far - overfilled, too tight, too much cosmetic work. There’s nothing worse."
