Kim Kardashian was left ‘freaking out’ after she took a mirror selfie only to spot a mysterious figure in the background. Cue the creepy music.
In the snap, the 42-year-old is make-up free, showing off her glowing complexion, while her long hair is piled up in a bun on top of her head.
But it was what was in the background of the shot that really drew attention and left Kim ‘freaking out’.
Just behind her there is a shadowy shape that appears to resemble a woman.

Posting the photo to her 362 million Instagram followers, Kim wrote: “Soooo I took this pic last week when I was alone and now going through my phone I am freaking out noticing a woman in the window.”
Many of Kim’s fans were left equally as unnerved, with one saying: “That’s frightening.”
Another said: “Okay and she looks victorian with a veil.”
While a third commented: “Time to move.”

However, others were less convinced and thought that it was most likely just a reflection of Kim.
“It’s your reflection in the TV. Side profile and your bag, you can clearly see your arm holding up your phone or I'm losing it lol,” explained one fan.
Someone else added: “It’s just your reflection.”

And, of course, plenty of people couldn’t resist the urge to make a joke.
“Kim… there’s people dying,” joked one fan.
A second wrote: “She’s trying to reach you about your car's extended warranty.”
Her spooky experience comes after it was revealed that she’s set to star in the upcoming season of American Horror Story.

The 12th season of the show - titled American Horror Story: Delicate - sees Kim playing a character called Siobhan Walsh.
Although plot details are scarce at the moment, her co-star and AHS veteran, Zachary Quinto, has heaped praise on Kim’s acting skills.
Speaking to People, he said: “I did a cameo on this season of American Horror Story and I got to meet her.

“She was so lovely and warm and, really, I don’t think she needs my advice. She seemed really in her element, and I was really impressed by her spirit and her openness.
“I really look forward to seeing this season because I think she’s gonna do a wonderful job.”
While Kim has said: “t’s really fun to step outside of your comfort zone and try something new and grow.
“I’m so excited for the experience.”
