Strictly Come Dancing star Karen Hauer has responded to the news that her ex-husband and former co-star Kevin Clifton is expecting a baby with Stacey Dooley.
Stacey, who met Kevin in 2018 when they won Strictly together, announced on Friday (26 August) that she was pregnant with his baby.
But before the happy couple started dating, Kevin had been married to his co-star Karen Hauer for three years.
The former couple, who married in 2015, announced their shock split in 2018, but continued to work alongside each other on the BBC series until Kevin's departure from the show in 2020.
Thankfully, despite the split, it would appear that there's no bad blood between the pair.

When Stacey first announced the exciting baby news to Instagram followers last week, with a photo of her adorable baby bump, Karen was among the first to comment with her well wishes.
Under Stacey's post, Karen commented: "Congratulations! So happy for you both," accompanied by a red heart emoji.
Stacey's initial post had read: "Gaaaaaaang..... We are having a baby! So bloody delighted."
Shouting out Kevin, she added: "Kev, you're magic, I love you."
She went on to joke: "Was becoming impossible to hide and if one more person asks me if I've had my t*ts done in LA I'm gonna scream."
Meanwhile, over on Kevin's page, he shared a photo of Stacey,
writing: We’re having a baby! And I think my girl @sjdooley looks beautiful pregnant."
On top of Karen's sweet comment, Kevin and Stacey were flooded with hundreds of congratulatory messages from fans and friends after their announcement.
Dancer Motsi Mabuse commented: "@keviclifton so so happy for you, congratulations," and Good Morning Britain's Susannah Reid commented a series of red heart emojis.
Kevin and Stacey started dating in 2019, after Kevin had split from Karen, and Stacey had ended things with her ex-boyfriend Sam Tucknott.
The couple have been pretty eager to keep their private lives private.
"Kev and I have agreed not to go into too much detail about our private lives because you can’t really indulge that and then ask for privacy," she told The Guardian in 2019.
"That's why we've turned down interviews that have offered us tens of thousands of pounds."
Meanwhile, Karen is happily married to fitness pro Jordan Wyn-Jones, who she tied the knot with in an intimate ceremony in Hampshire this June.
It's so nice to see that the ex-couple are still on good terms, and thriving in their new relationships!
