While she wouldn't have looked amiss in Balenciaga's mud fashion show, Klum was actually all dressed up for a Halloween Party held in New York.
Klum called the worm outfit her 'craziest one yet' and many of her followers completely agreed.
One said: "Happy Halloween! Oh my God! You are so brave! I feel claustrophobic just looking at this!"
Another didn't quite get the memo: "I thought it was a Döner-Kebab."
A third asked the question we're all thinking: "What happens if you gotta pee?"
"She really was like would u still love me if i was a worm?" another joked.
A final resolved: "Heidi is undoubtedly the QUEEN OF HALLOWEEN."
It's hard to think what could possibly be left for Klum to dress up as for next year's spooky season, but it's fair to say she will likely pull it out the bag once again.
Perhaps another creepy crawly like a centipede or ant? Only 364 days left to wait and see.
