Khloe Kardashian had a brutally honest response for all the fans commenting on her constantly evolving facial features in a new video on Wednesday. Check out the video that sparked it all here:
Khloe had posted a gym video to give fans a peek into her daily routine with her daughter True, but instead of her gruelling workout regime, viewers seemed more fixated on her face.

The close-up angle and seemingly heavy filter showed a smooth complexion and her world-famous pout.
Sporting minimal makeup, the reality star told fans in the clip that she was lacking the motivation to work out and wasn't 'in the mood', but showed up anyway.
"I recently had an elbow injury, so my weights are lower than I typically would use and it’s a much lower impact workout than we typically do but this is the pace until my elbow is back to normal," she wrote in the caption.

The post was met with loads of comments from fans applauding the star for turning up to work out in spite of being unmotivated - though some were more bothered about her face.
But it was when one troll asked, "Do you miss your old face?" that Khloe actually weighed in, clapping back with a straight-to-the-point answer.
The star gave the brutally honest response: "No", prompting an outpouring of fan support.

“Best reply ever get ‘em Khloe," wrote one.
Another replied: “Definition of an unbothered, happy, living best life, PROPER, Queen."
On the Keeping Up With The Kardashians finale special in 2021, Khloe insisted the only plastic surgery she'd had done was a nose job.
She told Bravo host Andy Cohen: "I've had one nose job - Dr. Raj Kanodia."

Speaking about the procedure on Instagram last April, Khloe said that recovering from her nose job 'was a breeze' and that her 'only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.'
It's not the first time a fan has prompted a rise from her. She revealed that she had rhinoplasty 'a couple weeks' before her daughter True's first birthday in 2019 after a fan tweeted about the surgery.
When her family did an ABC special with Good Morning America Anchor Robin Roberts last year, she spoke about her decision to go under the knife.
"My whole life I would say I've always wanted my nose done - like forever," she began.

"But it's in the middle of your face and it's scary to think about. But I finally got the courage and I did it and I love it!'
The same interview uncovered that she 'never felt like the pretty sister' of the world-famous Kardashian clan and had also felt insecure about her body.
There are claims over various cosmetic procedures the star has allegedly had done below the neck - particularly her famous bum.
While Khloe has denied having the area augmented, she commented on the rumours on social media several years ago: "Sorry 2disappoint.... I've always had an a**. I know it's more fun 2believe it's not real, kind of a compliment since I kill myself in the gym."
She also laughed off allegations she had butt implants on an Instagram fan page in 2022.
The post showed a video of Khloe doing various stretches, highlighting an apparently suspicious outline in her leggings, which led to a flurry of activity in the comments.
One person commented: "Omg u can see her implants when stretching. A 2nd layer of her bum on top of her bum."
Khloe clapped back: 'lol silly goose. It's the seam design of the leggings. that's so funny ha! You guys just want to believe anything bad."
Plastic surgeon Dr Anthony Youn weighed in on the debate last year on TikTok, saying he believes she's had at least two other cosmetic procedures.
In 2013 he believes she had first nose job. In 2015, Dr Youn theories Khloe had lip fillers/injections. In 2017, he thinks Khloe may have got buccal fat removal to depuff her naturally plump cheeks. She appears to have had another nose job in 2019. Finally in 2021, he suspects she got a brow lift.
Of course, it's all just speculation and ultimately she can do what she wants.
