Harry Styles hints at One Direction reunion saying 'never say never'

The singer told James Corden that if Zayn, Niall, Liam and Louis were able to link up then he couldn't say no.

Harry Styles has revealed he would be up for a One Direction reunion in the future.

*deep breathing, try to suppress the screams*

The British singer sat down with James Corden for the host's final ever episode of The Late Late Show.

Emotions were already running high and the Harry's House artist turned things up a notch when he was asked about his future plans.

Naturally, Corden wanted to know if he would ever link up with the likes of Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik.

Zayn departed from the boy band in 2015 and they carried on without him by releasing Made in the AM.

But they eventually went on an indefinite hiatus and hearts around the world have been broken ever since.

That could change if the stars align.

Harry told James during the last ever Spill Your Guts or Eat Your Guts segment: "I think I would never say never to that. If there was a time when we wanted to do it, I don’t see why we wouldn’t.”

This certainly isn't the first time he's hinted at the group getting back together.

During a chat on the Spout Podcast, the Grammy Award winner was again plagued with that question that has hovered around all band members for the better part of half a decade.

His response was similar to what he said to Corden.

“I’d love for there to be a time where it felt like something we all wanted to do,” he said.

"I very much enjoyed [the albums] and I think we all went through something really special together.

"There’s a lot of love there. So, yeah, I think if there’s a moment for us to do in the right way, I think it would be great.”

Considering Harry, Louis, Niall, Zayn and Liam have all got stuff going on at the moment, it might be tricky for them to finally link up.

Organising a catch-up might be easy, but writing and recording new music might have to exist as a dream for now.

During Harry's chat with James Corden, he also spoke about the problem at the Grammys when the set malfunctioned during his performance.

“When we first finished, I was like, ‘I’m so angry this happened'," he said.

"And then I thought the only thing that’s gonna happen is I’m gonna shout at someone and it’ll still be the same.

“And then they’ll think I’m a d**k.”
