People are showering Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore with praise after they shared a picture together, with fans declaring the Hollywood stars are 'ageing with grace’.

The long-time pals starred together in the Charlie’s Angels film reboots in 2000 and 2003 respectively and their friendship has gone from strength-to-strength ever since.

Drew, 47 and Cameron, 50, have partnered up for a brand new collaboration in the world of wine, rather than worldwide espionage.

Talk show host Drew shared two throwback snaps of the pair from 2021 with the biggest and brightest smiles as they embraced. “In honour of our merlot drops this week,” she captioned the post in which she also tagged their respective lifestyle brands; kitchenware company Beautiful by Drew and Cameron’s alcohol label Avaline.

Fans were overjoyed to see the two stars for showing their ‘ageing signs’ and ‘embracing their age’ without obvious filters or cosmetic surgery.

"The beauty of [seeing] faces with wrinkles,” one Instagram commenter said. "It's being a little hard to me to accept my growing aging signs, but then, you see these beautiful women embracing their age... and I love it!"

A fan replied to the comment above and wrote: “soooo true. I also feel the same”.

While a third Instagram user said: “It’s true beauty: women who love themselves just as they are, and you’re right, it is glorious to see.”

One woman called the pair ‘role models’ in another appreciative comment.

"Thank you both for aging with grace. What great role models for women of all ages! I appreciate you,” she gushed.

And another Instagram follower wrote: “Natural beauties,” alongside two fire emojis.

Luckily for us the former co-stars reunited for a short sketch filmed recently to promote their merlot collaboration and it's a must-watch for fans.

The clip begins with both stars asking each other if they have merlot, when they both say yes, Cameron quips: “I'll show my merlot if you show me your merlot!"

Drew responds: “I'll show you my merlot!"

The clips ends with Drew revealing her merlot-coloured kettle, adding: “Merlot. Mine's limited edition."

Cameron follows-up with: “So is mine! For the holidays! Isn't that crazy?"

How can you not love these two!

In other news, Drew said she can go years without having sex.

The 50 First Dates star made the revelation on The Drew Barrymore Show in September during a discussion about Andrew Garfield admitting he was celibate for six months to help prepare for the role of a priest.

"I was like, 'Yeah, so?'" Barrymore said of Garfield doing what's known as method acting - a practice where a performer uses real world experiences to inform their practice.

Barrymore asked her audience: "What's wrong with me that six months doesn't seem like a very long time?"

At least we know what Drew prefers when it comes to sex or merlot.
