Even though she hasn't had a starring film role in years, Drew Barrymore really is having the comeback of the century.
Lately, fans have been getting their Drew fix from The Drew Barrymore Show, but they're convinced she's about to make a return to acting after spotting a very interesting script in one of her recent TikTok videos.
Can you spot it?:
The video was fairly simple.
The caption read: "Show me your room before and after you clean it..."
She then gave followers a full tour of her messy house, before proudly showing off her work post-spring-clean.
Many viewers were blown away that an A-list film star like Drew Barrymore is a woman of the people and lives like a regular person.
"Is that Drew Barrymore with a normal looking home?! Not a house but a HOME?! Yessssss. This makes me love her 1000000 times more," raved one fan.
"I know Drew did this on her own, [because] it was daylight when she started and night when she finished, she one of us," commented another.
"Her house looks like regular house in Ohio," wrote a third - and yes, that is a compliment.
Others were more concerned with a very interesting stack of paper they spotted amongst Drew's clutter.
"Wait…..did I just see an E.T. script on the floor?!?" one eagle-eyed follower asked.
"Maybe she's trying to tell us something," suggested a second.
"So casual, yet so on purpose," mused a third.
Another wrote that perhaps the cast of E.T were reuniting to do 'something special', since it's coming up to 41 years since the film's release.
I have to admit, the most mind-blowing part about all of this is that fans were able to spot the script hidden amongst everything else lying around in Drew's bedroom - it's like a game of Where's Wally.
It's worth noting that we don't know exactly what this even is yet. For all we know, it could be Drew's original E.T script from 1982 - though it'd be in pretty good condition for a copy that old.
E.T was far from Drew's first acting job - though she was only seven years old when it was filmed - but it was the job that gave her her big break into Hollywood.
Since then, she's gone on to star in an impressive catalogue of films from Never Been Kissed to Scream to 50 First Dates.
Of course, as I mentioned, she has taken a step back from her filmstar career as of late, but could this script mean the start of something new for Drew?
Fans certainly hope so!
