We've always longed to have an invisibility cloak ever since we watched the first Harry Potter movie - and now, thanks to the magic of technology, we can finally bag one.

The company Wow! Stuff has released a Harry Potter invisibility cloak for all your snooping needs.

Almost a perfect replica of the cloak that appeared throughout the wizarding franchise, the product gets its powers of invisibility through an app, so even us mere Muggles can appear to disappear.

With one half of the garment featuring a smoky black pattern, the under half of the cloak mimics that of a green screen which then can be activated via the app.

Each cloak comes with its very own completely unique authentication code that gives you access to the invisibility function.

Once installed on a smart phone or tablet with a working camera function, simply follow the on-screen prompts, and get set to disappear.

With Halloween just round the corner, it's the perfect gift for the Harry Potter fanatic in your life (or for you to treat yourself with, of course).

True Potterheads will know that the Invisibility Cloak, which was unveiled to be a Deathly Hallow in the final film, was first gifted to Harry by Dumbledore in the 2001 film Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

The cloak was regularly used by Potter, as well as his best friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, to allow him to sneak through Hogwarts undetected - as well as getting him out of many tight spots.

We're not the only ones feeling nostalgic about Harry Potter, with actor Tom Felton, who played Draco Malfoy in the series, reportedly organising a reunion for the 19th anniversary of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the 33-year-old said: "I saw the Weasley twins the other day. We went out to play some golf. I'm always chatting with a lot of the other guys on WhatsApp and staying in touch with them and making sure everything's alright.

"It's been nice because it's the 19th-year anniversary on November 14th, so I'm planning some sort of digital celebration...I'm trying to wrangle all the oldies back together again to celebrate the achievement really."
