Selling Sunset star Mary Fitzgerald issued a rather ominous warning in the new trailer for the show's upcoming fifth season.

During a dinner meeting with Jason Oppenheim and new cast member, Chelsea Lazkani, the newly promoted Mary said someone at the Oppenheim Group "has to go" if Chelsea gets her own desk.

Chelsea is the newest addition to the cast of the hit Netflix reality series and she quickly forges a a friendship with Christine Quinn.

She intends to join the Oppenheim Group and asks Jason during the dinner: "So, if my client buys, I get a desk at the Oppenheim Group?"

Jason quickly responds: "That's a deal!"

As the pair shake hands, Mary, who is now a manager at the Oppenheim Group, cuts in and warns: "If you come in, someone has to go."

In the next scene teased in the trailer, Mary reveals in her VT that one of the agents has been losing clients.

“If she’s losing clients, we have to take that into consideration when we’re looking at who’s gonna stay at the brokerage.”

Another scene shows Jason and Mary discussing her new position in the Oppenheim Group office. Jason admits he is making Mary’s job harder and says “it doesn’t bother me.”

Mary follows-up with: “Is this, like, the end for her?"

It is not clear who Mary is referring to but fans only have to wait a few weeks to find out who may be at risk of leaving the brokerage.
