Love Island Fans Are Calling Gemma Out For Making 'Bitter' Comment About Ekin-Su

The final dates on Love Island are always magical, but this year saw a final date that was arguably more magical than most between Ekin-Su and Davide.
The pair were treated to a meal and private performance from singer Alfie Boe that left Ekin-Su in tears of happiness after Davide dropped the L-bomb. Watch below:
Ekin-Su gushed to her fellow islanders about the date afterward, but not all of them appeared happy for her, and Gemma said 'oh she's off again' as she praised the experience.

This didn't go down well with viewers, who branded the 19-year-old international dressage rider 'bitter'.
One wrote: "Gemma little snide comments are really starting to do my head in. Can she never be happy for anyone?"
"I'm actually tired of Gemma 'she's off again'. BE HAPPY MAN," wrote a second while a third added: "'oh she's off again' someone needs punch gemma omg, she's doing too much THIS IS EKINS MOMENT [sic]."
A fourth remarked: "gemma is so salty what you mean 'she's off again' she does not like her [sic]."

This is not the first time that Gemma has come under fire for her treatment of Ekin-Su.
Fans were also not happy with her and partner Luca's reaction to Ekin-Su and Davide deciding to go exclusive.
After the couple shared the news, Luca joked that Ekin-Su had actually given him 'clarity' by saying it was those two who were exclusive, and Gemma replied: "Oh shut up."
She then appeared to suggest that her relationship with Luca was superior by stating that they didn't have to make a grand gesture to seal the deal.
This was after Davide decided to make tiramisu in a sweet gesture for Ekin-Su before asking her to be exclusive.
Reacting, one viewer wrote: "Why are Gemma and luca so salty?? Just cause y'all's relationship is like watching paint dry doesn't mean you should reflect it on other ppl [sic]."
A second added: "I think Gemma she is holding a grudge on Ekin because she stole Davide from her she really really fancied Davide week 1.She said 9/10 she gets what she wants but she didn't get Davide I feel it's this reason she's been shady at Ekin [sic]."
