Loose Women's Charlene White has opened up about stripping off for shower scenes, as she entered the I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! jungle on Sunday.

Charlene, 42, was praised on Sunday evening as she took part in her first challenge before even entering the jungle.

Along with former professional footballer Jill Scott, Charlene completed The Ledge, which saw the celebs have to bungee jump off a 32-storey building.

Prior to jetting off to Australia, Charlene spoke about her upcoming stint in the jungle and spoke about how she feels over the infamous shower scenes. She explained: "I think what is wonderful about a show such as this is that it shows real life and real scenarios and real insecurities and there will be those who are really secure within their bodies and really happy stripping off and I will applaud that til the cows come home.

"It is brilliant but there will always be those who are also very tentative about doing that. I would probably come under that umbrella to be honest. It is not that I am necessarily insecure about my body, I also don’t want to show the entire country my body.

"But I think there is room for everybody to be honest and I don’t think anybody should be judged as to whether they want to show everything off or they would rather shower with a swimsuit on."

The presenter also spoke about what it would be like to take a break from Loose Women while appearing in the reality show.

Becoming emotional, she added: "They have been amazing to be honest and they think that I have got balls of steel and will be able to breeze through it.

"There is probably an element of yeah that is great you see me behind a desk and I do a live show and I know what I am doing, but this is completely outside of my comfort zone.

"They feel like I can do it and that kind of belief helps to drive me. I am really lucky to work with an amazing group of women who are incredibly encouraging.

"Actually as I talk about them now, oh goodness me I am getting a bit emotional I think, I have just not seen them in a couple of weeks!"

Despite only kicking off on Sunday, it seems the jungle has already lost one celebrity, after reports that Love Island star Olivia Attwood had been forced to quit on medical grounds.

"Olivia was involved in a medical drama overnight," an insider told The Sun on Monday.

"She really wanted to go back into the camp but medics won't let her."

Meanwhile, Olivia's fiancé Bradley Dack said that she would be 'gutted' to be leaving.

"I just saw it in the news, like anyone else," he told Mail Online. "She'll be gutted. I think she's fine, but I haven't spoken to her."
