The show is returning for its third season.

Channel 5's show Skin A&E is returning for its third season - and if you love Dr Pimple Popper, then this is defo one for you.

The series is set in a private skin clinic in Birmingham and follows a number of leading consultant dermatologists as they treat patients with a whole host of different skin conditions.

Last season, the show featured a lady with a lipoma on her shoulder, as well as a man who suffered with multiple cysts on his head.

But not only does the show reveal some of the most painful skin conditions, it also shines a light on the reality of living with such conditions, and how this can impact a patient's mental health.

Ahead of the new season, the team at Channel 5 are looking for people living in the UK who would like to get involved in the show.

The team are looking for people who would like the opportunity to see a consultant dermatologist and potentially receive free treatment for their skin complaint. 

They on the search for those suffering with cysts, lipomas and other lumps and bumps who have, for example, been told that their condition cannot be treated on the NHS, or they are on a long-wait list for treatment.

"Once again, we’ll be opening the doors to our dermatology clinic where an expert team of top UK dermatologists will be ready to give you a FREE consultation, advice, and where appropriate, treatment for your skin complaint," they explain.

"Perhaps your condition is affecting your day to day life? Or affecting your confidence? Perhaps treatment for your condition is not available on the NHS? Or you are on a long waiting list for treatment?

"If that’s you, then we’d like to get some more information from you to see whether our dermatologists can help you."

Applicants must be willing to talk openly about their condition and be available for filming for one day in November 2021 or January 2022.
