Love Island's Camilla Thurlow And Jamie Jewitt Get Married

Love Island's Camilla Thurlow And Jamie Jewitt Get Married

The reality stars met on Love Island back in 2017 - and they have now tied the knot.

Love Island stars Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt have officially tied the knot!

The reality TV favourites, best known for having appeared on the ITV dating show back in 2017, were surrounded by all their friends and family as they celebrated their special day on Thursday (2nd September)

It is not known whether Camilla, 32, and Jamie, 27, brought their adorable daughter, Nelly, one, along to their special day.

But some of the guests, including Jake Quickenden and Marcel Sommerville, shared pictures and videos from the nuptials on social media.

Check out a few of those here:

Some of the footage shared from the celebrations include a clip of the flower laden aisle, a sweet video of Camilla and Jamie talking before joining their guests at the reception and a clip of the pair walking out of the church and being showered with confetti.

It comes after the couple got engaged in February 2021, following four years together.

Jamie popped the question by dressing Nelly - nicknamed Nell - in a t-shirt, which read: “Mummy, will you marry my Daddy?”

Sharing their happy news after saying yes, Camilla wrote on social media: “@jamiejewitt_ only you could totally surprise me and at the same time be exactly the wonderful person I know and love.

"What a perfect evening with these two, my future husband and our darling Nell”.

While Jamie added: "I’ll fail miserably if I try to describe how I feel right now. All I will say is I have everything I need right here. I love these two more than anything."

Our hearts.

She may not have taken home the £50,000 cash prize in 2017 (that went to Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies, who split shortly after the show ended) but second place Camilla and Jamie left the villa with everything they wanted.

While people were sceptical over whether the twosome would last, they've proved doubters wrong by being one of the strongest couples to have ever emerged from Love Island, quickly moving in together, having a baby, and now rings on their fingers.

"I appreciate how incredibly lucky I've been now," Camilla previously reflected, in an interview with Tyla.

Discussing their parenting journey together, she added: "I've really had to grow as a person and really work hard.

"But in terms of our lives, I think Jamie and I together just felt that it all it all came together perfectly and we are so, so happy."

We hope their happiness only continues as husband and wife!
