A man wearing fake breasts for Paris Fashion Week has been branded 'unfair' after the uncensored content was posted to Instagram.

Fashion week is home to some of the most out-of-the-box outfits, but one brand took things a step further when they put one of its male models - US model Chandler Frye - in a pair of hyper-realistic fake breasts to walk the runway as part of its Autumn 2025 ready-to-wear collection.

Duran Lantink is the designer in question, and he's typically known for his unique structures and materials. Elsewhere in the collection was a top that looked like a man's chest, sported by model Mica Arganaraz.

But Instagram users are outraged that the content was uncensored on the platform, as some noted that posts that include women's bodies are constantly flagged and taken down.

Another agreed, adding: "Why can this be posted but when I’m in a crop top my content is flagged?"

One even questioned the fashion element, and said: "Clearly this is not fashion. New designers do shock value. Good designer doesn't need to resort to that."

Instagram's community guidelines are very clear when it comes to nudity on the platform.

On its website, it states: "We don't allow nudity on Instagram, with some exceptions, like photos of post-mastectomy scarring and women actively breastfeeding.

"Nudity in photos of paintings and sculptures is OK, too."

But some women claimed that breastfeeding has been flagged previously.

Another noted: "As a woman, I actually hate this."

"Objectification of women’s bodies is so hot right now," one said.

They added: "Please be clear on your policies. Why are small creators getting flagged but larger fashion labels posting more explicit content are getting pushed?"

Tyla has contacted Meta for comment.

In the clip, Frye was asked what it felt like to wear the 'look of the season'.

In response, he said: "I don't know I was extremely grateful when I walked in this morning and they said 'we have a surprise!'.

"And they were like 'it's not going to be your a** out, and I was like 'I know, it's my t***ies'."

He added: "I saw this yesterday and I really wanted it, so dreams really do come true at Duran Lantink."

Others saw a more lighthearted side to the outfit, as one user in the comments joked: "This is going on my 2025 Halloween mood board."
