One woman has revealed her five-step beauty routine she uses that has miraculously 'de-aged' her skin.

British skincare guru, Elle McNamara, who goes by Bambi Does Beauty online, regularly shares with her secrets to hundreds and thousands of followers across TikTok and Instagram regarding how she gets such glowing, radiant skin.

Elle took to TikTok to share her rundown of things she did to age her skin 'backwards' and people are going absolutely mad for it.

The short clip saw Elle applying some skincare products with the overlay text reading: "You can't age your skin backwards without filler or Botox..." shortly followed by an old photo from years back with forehead wrinkles accompanied by the text 'Watch me'.

The rest of the TikTok then showed the influencer applying creams, face masks, hydrating mist, serums, charcoal masks, using a gua sha and facial sprays.

Elle included her beauty regiment in the caption of the short clip.

Up first is doing a 'double cleanse' in the evening with an oil-based cleanser and flannel - NO WIPES!

Next on the rundown is 'mist, mist and mist again'.

Elle recommends fine textured hydrating mists 'stop those dehydration lines'.

The influencer then uses a retinol, something she only incorporated into her routine in her late 20s, which will help reduce fine lines, congestion and blackheads.

She shared before and after snaps of her skin.

Fourth on the list is to 'layer hydrating serums' even if its the same one twice and last, but by no means least, is using SPF 'daily' as a preventative measure.

"I stopped buying the cheapest ones at the end of the aisle tor face and body and now use ones formulated for skin on the face," Elle added before finishing up: "PS If you have dry skin like me see it as another layer of moisture for your skin to keep bouncy!"

The TikTok has since gone viral after clocking up 2.1 million views on the platform alongside hundreds of comments from people eager to share their praise for Elle's wondrous skincare tips.

One penned: "Love this and I highly agreeeee! Skincare all the wayyyyyyy!"

"Hydration is keyyyyy," added a second.

A third chimed in: "Your skin is just goalllssss!"

"I aspire to be this," gushed a fourth while a fifth added: "Love this so muchhh!"

And, lastly, final TikTok user echoed: "This is facts, I would never, EVER guess you were 33 (you look like early 20s!)"

Guess I've got to go buy a facial mist machine...
