Six companies that are linked to Andrew Mountbatten Windsor's ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, are set to close in the wake of the latest Epstein files release.
On 30 January, more than three million documents were published by the US Department of Justice (DOJ) relating to Jeffrey Epstein, including photos and email exchanges between several celebrities and the disgraced financier, who died by suicide in 2019 while awaiting his sex-trafficking trial.
The former Prince and Duke of York, 65, has faced allegations over his ties to Epstein, which he has vehemently denied, and appears hundreds of times in the latest document release, including in pictures and emails.
While being named among the Epstein files is not an indication of wrongdoing, Ferguson's alleged friendship with the criminal financier also came to light in the latest trove of documents published by the DOJ.

Many of her alleged email exchanges with Epstein are dated after he was convicted in 2008 for soliciting prostitution from a child.

In an email exchange from 21 September 2011, Ferguson apparently wrote: “Don’t know if you are still on this bbm but heard from The Duke that you have had a baby boy.
“Even though you never kept in touch, I still am here with love, friendship and congratualtions (sic) on your baby boy. Sarah xx”
The email is then allegedly followed up with a message saying: “You have disappeared. I did not even know you were having a baby. It was soooo crystal clear to me that you were only friends with me to get to Andrew. And that really hurt me deeeply (sic). More than you will know."
While in another email, the former Duchess reportedly said: “I am at your service. Just marry me."
As we say, Companies House documents show that six companies linked to Ferguson are being wound down.
The companies reportedly set to close are: S Phoenix Events, Fergie’s Farm, La Luna Investments, Solamoon Ltd, Philanthrapreneur Ltd, and Planet Partners Productions Ltd, none of which appear to have been very active, according to the BBC.
Ferguson is the sole remaining director for the businesses, which were all set up more than ten years ago and have little to no reported recent commercial activity.

Five out of six of the businesses are due to be struck off the Companies House register in less than ten days, unless legal cause is shown to prevent it from happening.
According to the Government website, applying to strike a company off the register is also known as 'dissolving' a company, and is a way to close down a company that has not traded in three months.
Earlier this month, Ferguson's charity, Sarah's Trust, also announced it would be closing 'for the foreseeable future'.
As per the BBC, a spokesperson said at the time: "Our chair, Sarah Ferguson, and the board of trustees have agreed that with regret the charity will shortly close for the foreseeable future. This has been under discussion and in train for some months."
It comes after the former Duchess dropped as a patron or ambassador from a series of charities last year, including Julia's House, The Teenage Cancer Trust, Natasha Allergy Research Foundation, Children's Literacy Charity, National Foundation for Retired Service Animals, and Prevent Breast Cancer.
Tyla has contacted Ferguson's reps for comment.
