Prince George's Eton arrival sparks strict new rule
Prince William and Kate Middleton's eldest son, Prince George, has just begun his first day at Eton College, following in the footsteps of his father and uncle, who both attended the £65,673-a-year school.
Eton’s head master Simon Henderson told the future king, who was joined by his parents: "Welcome, good luck, enjoy it."
George turned 13 in July and has spent part of the summer in Scotland with his family enjoying a break from studies after leaving Lambrook School, a private prep school in Berkshire he attended with his two younger siblings, Princess Charlotte, 11, and eight-year-old Prince Louis.

George arrived wearing smart casual clothes – dark trousers, a jacket, shirt and tie – and later changed into 'school dress', a uniform standardised in the 1960s of a black tailcoat, waistcoat and pinstriped trousers, with a stiff white collar.
William and Harry were allowed to complete their time at Eton without media intrusion, and William and Kate will be hoping George receives the same courtesy.
GB News reports that 'No Photography' signs have since cropped up on Eton's gates, meaning that members of the press, onlookers and even students are no longer allowed to take photos near the school grounds.
The outlet claims that the introduction of this new rule falls under a wider effort to protect the students, many of whom come from famous and high-profile families.
After the first snaps of George at Eton emerged online, royal fans couldn't help but point out just how tall the teen had grown.
One X user wrote: "Prince George is so tall," while a second added: "Prince George looks like he got taller! Arrived for his first day at Eton."
A third gushed: "He is all grown up. I wish Prince George good luck for this new chapter of his life and that he will have a great time at Eton."
Meanwhile, a fourth chimed in with: "Best of luck, Prince George! Gosh, how tall is he…." and a fifth added: "How tall is George (Catherine is wearing heels)."
"He is so grown up! Have a fantastic year, Prince George!!" wrote a fifth, while a sixth quipped: "George is definitely the same height as his mother."
Others agreed: "He is definitely taller than his mother now" and "I think you’re right, Princess Catherine is wearing heels so he is most likely as tall as her."
Eton College, based in Windsor, is just a 15-minute drive from Forest Lodge, where the Wales family moved to last year.
Other than William and Harry, the institution has very famous alumni including actors Tom Hiddleston, Hugh Laurie and Eddie Redmayne as well as a large number of prime ministers including Lord David Cameron and writers George Orwell and Ian Fleming, and even adventurer Bear Grylls.
