Meghan Markle has shared a handful of intimate handwritten notes as well as unseen pictures in her sweet Prince Harry anniversary post.

Today (19 May) marks seven years since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex tied the knot back in 2018 and Meghan has taken to Instagram to share a heartfelt tribute to her royal hubby.

She captioned a collage post filled with a whole bunch of family photos: "Seven years of marriage. A lifetime of stories."

Other labels include; 'Engagement', 'Proposal', 'First Dance', 'Ultrasound', 'Wedding', 'Palm Springs', 'With our babies – Royal Palms, Arizona', 'Venice' and 'Hawaii'.

Corresponding photos include wedding snaps, a pregnancy ultrasound, travel shots in locations like beaches, deserts, and snowy mountains as well as a proposal and engagement photoshoot.

We can also see photos of the two parents and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, peppered throughout the collage.

Harry, 40, and, 43, wed at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle on May 19, 2018.

The likes of Harry's grandmother the late Queen Elizabeth II, his grandfather Prince Philip and many other British royal family members were in attendance with the royal event drawing an estimated 1.9 billion viewers worldwide.

It was during their wedding day that Queen Elizabeth bestowed Harry with the title of 'Duke of Sussex' which made Meghan the Duchess of Sussex (and the first in history) upon their marriage.

The pair later stepped down as senior royals in 2020 following intense media scrutiny and racial discrimination against Meghan by the UK tabloid press.
