Nicki Minaj called Vice President of the US, JD Vance, an 'assassin' in front of Erika Kirk during a Turning Point USA event over the weekend.
The 43-year-old 'Anaconda' rapper, who has notably become increasingly supportive of the Trump administration in recent months, made a surprise guest appearance during a Q&A of TPUSA's AmericaFest in Arizona on Sunday (21 December).
During the chat, Minaj delivered a message to the young men in the audience, prompting her to deliver a jab to California Governor Gavin Newsom, warning young men not to be like 'Newscum' - one of Donald Trump's many pejorative nicknames he uses for people who disagree with him.
"Young men, you have amazing role models like our handsome, dashing president," Minaj claimed before praising: "And you have amazing role models like the assassin JD Vance, our vice president."

The rapper quickly clocked her blunder in choosing the word 'assassin' in front of Erika, who is dealing with the death of her right-wing campaigner late husband, Charlie Kirk, who was shot and killed back in September while speaking at a Utah Valley University event.
Kirk was the CEO of TPUSA before Erika took over after his death. The man accused of murdering Kirk is 22-year-old Tyler Robinson.
Minaj took a moment to react to her word choice as she paused and tilted her head down before covering her mouth with her hand while some people in the crowd laughed.
Erika, however, didn't seem offended at all as she reacted: "Trust me, there is nothing new under the sun that I have not heard. So you’re fine."

"I love you," she told Minaj, adding: "You have to laugh about it. Truly, I have been called every single thing, and you know what, God is so good, you let it roll right off your back."
Preempting the internet's reaction, Erika then declared: "If the internet wants to clip [this moment], who cares. I love this woman. She’s an amazing woman … words are words, but I know her heart. It doesn’t even matter."
It didn't take long for people to rush to social media anyway and share their thoughts as one X user penned: "Diabolical."
"Just wow," commented a second, while a third chimed in: "Bruh, how is this not an SNL skit?"
A fourth echoed: "South Park can’t write jokes like this."
Another wrote: "This is an absolutely massive f*ckup that was caught live."
And a final X user lamented: "Yikes..."
