Melania Trump makes rare comment about husband Donald being president
Melania Trump has offered a rare glimpse into life with her husband Donald Trump during his second term as US president, claiming that he is working 'nonstop'.
The First Lady, 56, made the comments during an appearance on Fox & Friends on Wednesday (23 September), where she was asked about her husband’s workload.
"He’s very focused. He has a lot on his plate," Melania, who tied the knot with Trump back in 2005, said.
"It’s very different, what’s going on around the world now. But I think he’s doing the best that he can. He works nonstop; he has the most energy than anybody. He’s - from morning until evening - nonstop working."

Melania's comments come as Trump faces a difficult political climate, with concerns around inflation, the cost of living, immigration policy and the war in Iran.
The 80-year-old Republican addressed world leaders at the United Nations General Assembly earlier this week on Tuesday (22 September), where he spoke about the conflict with Iran and his administration’s progress.
Reuters reports that the speech lasted 37 minutes.
Trump said: "I have a big decision to make. Will a deal be made with Iran that lets them rebuild and create a far greater country than it ever was before, maybe one of the greatest in the Middle East or even the world?
"Or do I annihilate the Islamic Republic and do it quickly, never giving them a chance to kill and destroy people and countries again?
"The terrorist regime is behaving badly, not because they are strong and confident, but because they are weak and desperate."
He continued to claim: "Our country is [doing really, really well]. Thank you very much, everybody."
Elsewhere in the Fox & Friends interview, Melania shared her thoughts on Trump's address at the UN General Assembly.
"I told him he had great delivery, he did very well. And a great speech. So I tell him the truth. Sometimes he doesn't want to hear it, what I tell him, but that's okay. I always say the truth," she said.
Earlier this week, Trump insisted that oil prices will plummet once the conflict with Iran is over and defended his military action despite the global economic chaos it has unleashed.
The US president, speaking after talks with UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham, said 'people understand' the need to prevent Iran obtaining a nuclear weapon, even if that meant price hikes at the petrol pumps and in shops.
Burnham had said before the talks he would stress the need to end the conflict as soon as possible because of the impact it was having on the cost-of-living crisis in the UK.
Asked if he had sympathy with countries like the UK suffering from high prices because of the Iran conflict, Trump said: "I think as soon as the war is over, the numbers are going to come way down, pricing generally, because oil is the big thing.
"When oil goes up – and we had to do that because we have to stop them, and I think we feel very united on that, we can’t let Iran have a nuclear weapon.
"And people understand that in the United States, and they’re paying more than – less than Biden, by the way, less than the Biden administration and yet he did nothing about the threat of nuclear terror."
