A worrying mark on Donald Trump is back again, after numerous occurrences.

After several instances where the public noticed a mark on Trump’s body, health worries have been sparked.

The latest spotting came on Tuesday (April 15) when the 78-year-old presented the Commander-in-Chief trophy to the Navy Midshipmen football team.

It was all part of the American college football series which saw teams from the Army, Navy, and Air Force academies hash things out on the pitch.

When the mark was spotted, Trump was addressing the winning team as he held a football in his hands which featured his name inscribed on the front.

While you might be drawn to the image of his championship ring on his left hand, it’s his right hand that overshadowed the event.

A large, discoloured bruise.

Trump fans previously spotted the concerning detail in a photograph of the president during his talk with Emmanuel Macron on the third anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine on 24 February.

It was when the pair shook hands that a number of Trump fans noticed his bruised right hand.

One person wrote on X: "Scrolling Getty and couldn't help but notice this photo of a huge bruise on Trump's hand today."

A second added: "Some photos over the last few months show bruising on Trump's hand... Always seems to be on the same hand."

Someone else said: "Trump has a massive bruise on the back of his right hand. How did he get that?"

This 'bruise' has appeared multiple times on back of Trump's hand, and it also seems that he allegedly uses make-up to cover it.

For those concerned, they believe it’s all to do with his health.

However, the White House previously waved away worries, stating that it was simply due to his duties as president.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt stated: "President Trump is a man of the people and he meets more Americans and shakes their hands on a daily basis than any other president in history.

"His commitment is unwavering, and he proves that every single day.

"President Trump has bruises on his hand because he’s constantly working and shaking hands all day every day," Leavitt added in a follow-up statement.

But a doctor has suggested that the bruising could have been caused by a 'minor trauma', such as an injury, a blood draw or an IV drip.

Dr Ola Otulana, a GP and physician at Cassiobury Court rehabilitation centre, told MailOnline: “This could occur from something as everyday as bumping the hand against a hard surface, repeated pressure - for example from leaning on a cane or gripping something firmly - or even medical procedures such as venepuncture, or blood draw.”

They noted that it can appear 'more prominent' in older people because of their 'thinning skin' and 'fragile blood vessels'.

Dr Otulana said the bruising 'doesn't raise any immediate red flags', but if it was to spread or come with other issues, 'further assessment would be sensible'.

The bruise on Trump's right hand was first spotted in October at the annual Al Smith Dinner in Manhattan, and the again regularly since that time.
