Ozzy's death certificate lists 'acute myocardial infarction' and 'out of hospital cardiac arrest' as the cause of death, according to The Sun.
Acute myocardial infarction is also known as a heart attack. It occurs when blood flow to the heart is suddenly blocked.
It has also listed coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction as 'joint causes'. According to The New York Times, Osbournes' occupation was also listed as 'songwriter, performer and rock legend'.

Meanwhile, the hearse carrying Ozzy's coffin made its way through his home city as crowds cheered, clapped, chanted his name and threw roses.

Just a handful of days before his death, Osbourne is said to have raised a staggering £140million for charity.
After hosting a final gig in his hometown of Birmingham on 5 July, he and his bandmates split the profits between Birmingham Children's Hospital, Acorns Children's Hospice, and the Cure Parkinson's charity.
The show's director, Tom Morello, told the press that a huge proportion of the funds had been raised through revenue from livestreams and merchandising.

As he performed what would end up being his last gig, the 'Paranoid' singer said that it was 'so good to be on this stage' as he entered the stage for the final time by rising on his large black throne through a trap door.
"It’s so good to be on this f*cking stage. You have no idea. I f*cking love you all. Let me see your hands in the air. You are the best, each and every one of you. God bless you all," he said.
"I don’t know what to say, man. You've no idea how I feel - thank you from the bottom of my heart."
Osbourne was laid to rest next to the lake at his Buckinghamshire home last week.
