A TikToker has recreated a “genius” dance from Disney’s Encanto - and it’s giving us life.

The dancer, posting under @jasminetxo, tried her hand at recreating the iconic dance from the hugely popular song We Don’t Talk About Bruno, and it’s safe to say she nailed it.

Jasmine lip-syncs the lyrics in time to a clip that plays above her in the TikTok, while she wears the exact same outfit as the character and imitates every step that Dolores performs.

The dancer impressively performs flamenco-like steps whilst ruffling her long skirt and perfectly executes every one of the animated characters’ facial expressions.

Check out the video here:

The video has already racked up an impressive 1.2 million likes and 7383 shares on the platform.

Soon, fans flocked to the comments section of the video to share their thoughts, and they were just as impressed.

“Ok this is my fave,” Marcel said, while another called the video “lovely”.

A different fan of the video told Jasmine: “dude your acting level is outstanding”.

“So smooth” said another.

A different fan wanted to know how Jasmine was able to recreate the movie dance sequence.

“How did you do it perfectly?”, they asked.

The video has even gained attention from Brian Esperon, the choreographer behind Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s WAP.

The dance mogul commented: “So good! That outfit is everything!”

Encanto became a huge success after it arrived on Disney+ over the Christmas holidays, and quickly became one of the highest-grossing films of the season.

Its chart-topping song, We Don't Talk About Bruno, did so well that it managed to surpass Frozen's Let It Go as Disney's highest-charting song on the UK singles chart - something we thought we would never see.

Encanto is available to watch on Disney+
