A customer was kicked out of a restaurant with his guide dog after a worker accused him of 'faking his blindness'.

Paul Castle, who is legally blind, took to TikTok to share with his 2.1 million a little more about the ordeal which left him completely 'speechless'.

He explained that he walked into the Seattle, US, restaurant with his guide dog, who's adorably named Mr Maple.

Paul began the video telling viewers: "I'm blind and I just got kicked out of a restaurant in Seattle.

"I walked in with my guide dog, Mr. Maple, and immediately somebody rushed up to me and said 'no pets allowed only service dogs'."

Paul then assured the worker that his four-legged friend was in fact a service dog.

"He looked at me, he looked at Maple, he said, 'emotional support dog?'" before the TikToker recalled he told the worker it was a 'guide dog for the blind' showing an official harness attesting to that attached to Maple at the time.

The worker then shockingly told Paul 'you don't look blind', prompting him to explain: "A lot of people in the blind community still have some functional vision."

Clearly not satisfied, the worker kept prodding, telling him: "You're looking right at me," before Paul had to explain he only as a 'pinhole of vision'.

"He said, 'listen, this isn't my first rodeo'. He literally said that. He said, 'this isn't my first rodeo'," the TikToker explained.

"What is going on out there that would lead this man to believe that I was lying?"

The worker then asked him if he could 'see any other dogs in this restaurant' to which Paul replied: "Honestly, no, I'm blind. There could be.

"I could come back with his paperwork."

And then, as if it couldn't get any worse, the restaurant worker threatened: "I you set foot back in this restaurant with that dog, I will call the police."

"I'm speechless," Paul concluded.

The video has since clocked up over 12.4 million views with one TikTok user writing: "You should welcome them to call the police. I’m hoping it’s against the law to refuse entry to a guide dog?"

"You should’ve let him call the police and then have the restaurant cited for refusing you entry," offered a second.

A third penned: "I am GOBSMACKED and INFURIATED."

"I would go back with paperwork and let him call the police. Perhaps it will teach him a lesson and he will be more compassionate to others. He also deserves to learn the hard way," urged a fourth.

Another hit out: "This angers me so much. I'm sorry sorry this happened to you. Totally illegal what the owner did."

And a final TikTok user echoed: "Should have let them call the police. I'm sorry you had to go through that."
