Well, that's Glastonbury over for another year.

The iconic festival saw over 200,000 people descend on Worthy Farm to see some of the biggest acts in the world.

Headlining this year were the Arctic Monkeys, Guns N' Roses, and Sir Elton John, who closed the weekend with an incredible farewell performance.

Fans watching at home were blown away by his set, which was made up of hit after hit.

I mean, he's got enough of them.

And as the camera panned over the crowd, it became clear just how popular he is, with thousands packing out in front of the Pyramid Stage to catch his gig.

But while most of us were blown away by Elton's back catalogue, some eagle-eyed viewers spotted what appeared to be a very special moment between two revellers in the crowd.

Thousands of revellers descended on the Pyramid stage to see Sir Elton John close out the weekend.

During Elton's rendition of 'Tiny Dancer', which saw him welcome onstage The Killers' frontman Brandon Flowers, the camera cut to a young lad and a woman, who both appeared to be pretty overwhelmed by it all.

In the very brief clip, the pair looked very happy, as those around them were seen clapping, seemingly celebrating an engagement.

Now, with neither of them coming forward yet, it's not clear whether it was definitely a proposal, but it looked an awful lot like one to those watching on.

Taking to Twitter, one fan said: "Someone just got engaged in the crowd!!"

Another commented: "Congratulations to the couple who just got engaged on live TV!!"

"Ah Jesus someone just got engaged in the crowd during Tiny Dancer," gushed a third.

While someone else added: "Honestly, phenomenal work from the cameraman that picked out the couple that just got engaged in the 100,000 people currently watching Elton John at Glastonbury."

Sir Elton put on an incredible show to draw the curtain on what has been an amazing weekend.

But even despite his popularity and legend status, many couldn't believe the size of the crowd that turned out to see is set.

It's estimated that over 100,000 - of the 250,000 plus ticket holders - trekked across to the Pyramid to witness it.

"You know when they say legend it’s not taken lightly describing Elton John… I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many in the crowd at Glastonbury," said one fan.

With another commenting: "I would bet my life that Elton John is gonna be the biggest ever crowd at Glastonbury. It is insane on the Pyramid Stage already."
