We'll have to admit, when Chris Evans posted a topless snap on his Insta' this week, his tattoos weren't our biggest concern.
But it turns out some fans were more distracted by the actor's body-art than his six pack. Yep, PSA: The Avengers actor, 39, is all tatted up.
Sharing a clip on his Instagram feed, which showed him topless, doing a backflip into a swimming pool, Chris wrote: "Last swim before the pool goes into hibernation... (It was freezing)... Wonder what it's like to be tan."

But rather than marvel at his physique or his backflipping tekkers, fans were more impressed that he'd managed to keep his inkings secret for so long.
"I feel like my whole life is lie. How did Chris Evans get like 400 new tattoos and we didn't know. This don't sit right with me," one fan wrote after seeing the image.
While another penned: "Umm I know the world is on fire but I would like to take a tiny moment to let everyone know Chris Evans may be covered in a bunch of new tattoos on his chest and stomach. I'm not okay!!!!"

A third wrote: "Was anyone going to tell me that Chris Evans has that many tattoos or was I just supposed to find out from that video of him doing a backflip".
The Captain America star's social has been the topic of conversation for many a reason recently.
In fact, he suffered a bit of an embarrassing moment after accidentally sharing a rather...errr... NSFW picture or two on his Insta.

The first snap to catch people's attention was a meme of himself with the words GUARD THAT P*SSY overlaid on top.
But it was the candid black and white snap of (what we are going to assume is) his manhood that really sent social media into meltdown.
The snapshot was quickly deleted, but not before internet sleuths could share and repost it.
After staying silent for a few days, Chris, who is currently dating Downton Abbey star Lily James, bashfully tweeted: "Now that I have your attention .... VOTE Nov 3rd!!!"

Appearing on the Tamron Hall Show, the actor later addressed the incident further.
He said: "You know, things happen. It's embarrassing, but you gotta roll with the punches.
"I will say, I have some pretty fantastic fans who really came to my support. That was really, really nice."
