Ex On The Beach star Ashley Cain has heartbreakingly revealed his daughter has just days to live.

The reality TV favourite and his girlfriend, Safiyya Vorajee, had been hoping to take their 7-month old daughter to Singapore to undergo lifesaving CAR T-cell therapy for her leukaemia, even fundraising over £1.5 million from generous fans to make the trip.

But the star has now given a gut-wrenching update on Azaylia Diamond's condition, revealing that the treatment was no longer an option, and he is now going home to make his daughter 'comfortable'.

In an emotional Instagram video, Ashley said that his daughter now has cancerous tumours running through her whole body.

"So last week we had the bone marrow test and the lumbar puncture and bloods taken to send to Singapore in the hope that they could create therapy to save Azaylia's life," he said.

"Then we had to have a CT scan on her head and the results came back the next day to say she's got two very big tumours on her brain.

"They also said that the chemotherapy that is usually given to treat leukaemia in the spine or the brain will not be available because she has too much pressure with these tumours.

"If they tried to go through the spinal tap it would kill her. At that point, our world came down."

Ashley said that since then, without the hope of treatment she so desperately needs, things have got worse for poor Azaylia.

"Consultants said that they think she's only got one, two days to live, it could even be that night," he added.

While she battled through the next two nights and briefly perked up after coming off pain meds, giving the pair hope, Ashley was then dealt another devastating setback.

The couple were told the Singapore facility would be unable to give his daughter treatment as her disease is too rare.

Discussing the news, and what it meant for his little one, the star said: "For the last part of her life I just want to take her home. See her like a baby and give her the best rest of her life ever.

"We're going back home. We're going back home and we're gonna try and make our baby as comfortable as possible.

"We're gonna be strong, and we're gonna go out with honour."

The grieving dad added that he was going to try and put on a brave face because his daughter "needs to see daddy smiling".

We're so sorry for Ashley, Safiyya and little Azaylia.
